Our prices correspond to direct cash payment that will be charged to your Debit Card or Credit Cards, and will be charged in one payment. You can find your size by consulting our online size chart. All measurements on chimmychurry.com are in european sizes unless otherwise noted, the equivalent measurement in centimeters can be found in the product description online.
4) ¿HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ON CHIMMYCHURRY.COM?
Buying products online with Chimmychurry.com is simple:
1) Go to our online store using your computer, smartphone or tablet, choose the products you wish to purchase.
2) Select your size and the quantity and add your purchases to your online shopping cart.
3) Register. To finish your purchase you must create an online account on our site. If you already have an account you can just log-in using your email address and password. If you are new to our site, you can quickly create an account by filling out your information on our quick webform.
4) Fill in the billing address and shipping information.
5) Select your preferred shipping method and payment method via the options on MercadoPago.
6) Review your order making sure all your information is correct. If you need to make any changes you can edit the information by clicking on “Edit Cart”. If everything is correct you can proceed with the order by clicking “Complete Purchase”.
7) You should receive an email in your inbox with the confirmation number for your order. By entering your account you can check the status of your order and follow the package delivery status.

5) ¿WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS SHIPPING METHODS?
1) Standard Door-To-Door Shipping with OCA: The products shipped via OCA is for national use, throughout all of Argentina. Mail will be sent between the hours of 9-18 hrs. Shipping will take place between 3 and 4 business days once package has been turned over to OCA.
2) OCA Branch Location Pick-up: If you wish you can also choose to have the product sent to an OCA Branch of your choosing. Once the product has left our store it will take between 2 and 3 business days to arrive to the branch location of your choosing.

3) Chimmy Churry Corner in-Store pick-up: you can also choose to pick up your product at any of our corner stores near you, during our store hours 10 to 22 hrs. Your order should arrive within the same week which your order was placed on Tuesday or Friday.

The day on which your order arrives to the selected Corner store depends on the day on which the order was placed. In store delivery pick-ups must be picked up by the customer who placed the order (whose name appears on the orders receipt/package) if the package is to be picked up by a third party. The third party must have a signed authorization letter from the person whose name appears on the receipt and a form of personal identification.
Unsuccessfully delivered packages by mail (due to incorrect shipping address, two attempted drop offs with no response, or expiration of in store pick-up.) will be returned to our stock. For these products one can coordinate the new delivery details prior to the payment for the new shipping costs.

6) ¿WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY ORDER?
The prices of shipping will be listed during the purchase of your order once you have selected the method which you wish to use. Once the method of delivery is selected, the shipping. The cost if shipping will be charged to the customers, except in cases of promotions.
7) ¿WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHOD OPTIONS?
You can pay for your order using the variety of options offered via MercadoPago (credit card or cash payments using Pago Facil o RapiPago). 8) ¿HOW DO I FOLLOW MY ORDER STATUS?
Once the order has been submitted and dispatched to OCA you will receive an email with the confirmation number via email. You can follow the status of your order using this number on the OCA webpage, www.oca.com.ar
If for some reason you do not receive this email with the number, first look in your spam folder for the email, if it is still unfound feel free to email us at at anytime at email@example.com to request assistance or call us at 0800-444-8487 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 and 15hrs.
9) ¿HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PURCHASE?
1) If the product is from this season, you can exchange it in any of the corner stores within the first 30 days after your purchase. For the product to be exchanged it must be returned in good condition with no prior usage accompanied with the receipt of purchase.
2) If the product was a sale item you can exchange it for any of our products from this season a the Abasto, Alto Palermo, Unicenter or La Plata stores. For the product to be exchanged it must be returned in good condition with no prior usage accompanied with the receipt of purchase. If you wish to exchange the same item for a different size you can write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify if we have the alternate size in stock.
Sale items can not be found in stores.
3) If you are from the interior of the country and/or can not go to an official store branch, and you have a sale item or a seasonal item, you can write us at email@example.com to coordinate an exchange of your purchase via OCA (the client will be responsible for the cost of shipping).
